healing happens in connection - with yourself and others

therapy for students, adults, parents, and families

so glad you are here.

Therapy can be a gentle pause.
Whatever life moment you find yourself in, therapy can offer a space to slow down, build trust in yourself, and discover tools that support your well-being.

I believe in the resiliency of people and the ability to keep trying our best. Still, there are times we all may need space to reflect, ask questions, explore new ways of coping, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may feel forgotten or overwhelmed. Maybe something hard has happened. Maybe you have felt loss, the unknowns in life have grown to be more, or you're feeling misunderstood or alone. No one is immune to the hard and challenging parts of being human.

Therapy can help shape a personal story we can embrace—one that honors our struggles and celebrates our growth. These intentional narratives can nurture confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-worth. This work lets us pursue relationships that are life giving.

My space is for people of all ages. Children, adolescents, and adults can turn toward work that encourages them to boldly face challenges, try new things, nurture relationships, and live more authentically with their thoughts and choices. It invites important questions.

What in my life needs to change or heal?
How can I live more authentically and feel truly seen, heard, and known?
How can I be more resilient when things get hard?
How can my relationships grow in ways that bring harmony, healing, and healthy boundaries?

You are invited to the experience of a gentle pause.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a systemic lens, which considers both the individual and the environments they live in. I also bring the perspective of my background as a classroom teacher. The models that shape my work include Interpersonal Neurobiology, Narrative Therapy, Contextual Family Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems.
