Meet Elizabeth

Hi! I’m Elizabeth, and I’m so glad you’re here. Being human means experiencing a wide range of joys and challenges. As Mr. Rogers wisely said, “Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we’re not alone.” Therapy is one of those important spaces — a place where your feelings are met with kindness and understanding, and where you can feel more grounded as you navigate life’s ups and downs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education (K-12), a Master’s degree in Education, and a Master’s degree in Family Therapy. My teaching experience includes middle school Special Education and fourth grade. My years as a teacher showed me that learning is truly lifelong, and that each of us has a unique way of expressing who we are in the world. This belief shapes how I work with clients, supporting them as they discover a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
